Recently we had the opportunity to work with the well-renowned tattoo artist, Nikko Hurtado, and his brand Black Anchor. We were tasked with creating a series of video teasers shot at the Golden State Tattoo Expo to be used for Black Anchor’s social media presence, as well as a promotional short for Nikko’s industry seminar. Given that Black Anchor already has an established brand and logo, our chief objective was to create dynamic content, engage the target audience and strengthen the brand’s personality. We used motion graphics and event b-roll to deliver the narrative in an eye-catching way, while also increasing engagement. The series of videos succeded in increasing both the promotional value and the ability to connect with Black Anchor’s audience engagingly.
