THE PERSON WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You don’t need to know everything yet. That’s why this is a junior role.

You DO need to care about getting better.

We’re looking for someone who asks good questions, takes feedback without ego, pays attention to the details, follows through on commitments, and wants to understand the thinking behind the work rather than simply checking a task off a list.

Agency life can move quickly. Priorities change. Feedback comes in. Deadlines overlap. The right person can adapt without losing their attention to detail or their positive attitude.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a team. Someone who contributes ideas, supports the people around them, takes accountability for their work, and genuinely cares about the quality of what we put out together.

If that sounds like you, we’d like to see what you can do.
